a. We use your local coverage rates by Zip Code, in
conjunction with the square footage of the structure (which we
obtain) to calculate a specific rate quote. We always use
the multiple-policy rate, and include their auto coverage as a
pre-requisite.
b. Alternatively, we can submit the file to you, and you
can upload it to your home office for rate quote appending.
c. For large agent bases, we can set up an online agent
database system. In this way, you update the agent
information at any time - even as soon as 5 minutes before we
process your monthly run - and the agent information will be
updated in the letters we produce. It saves you time -
it's easy to manage - and it gives you the flexibility to alter
your message in seconds, at any time you'd like!
