All mail is sent from Nashville, Tennessee.
Nashville is centrally-located to over 60% of the U.S. population.
This means that we receive excellent deliverability by the
United States Postal Service (USPS.)
Your letters can be sent using any one of three postal methods:
1. Pre-printed indicia.
Our
Standard Class indicia reads, "Mailed from Zip Code 37229".
It does not say "Nashville, Tennessee", so your
customers will not know that the mail originated here.
2. Meter imprint.
This
makes your mail look business-like, and is the most-frequently
used mailing method. Again, our imprint uses the "37229"
wording, and does not say "Nashville".
3. Pre-cancelled stamp. This
is where we affix a live pre-cancelled Standard Class stamp
for an extra charge of 2¢ per unit.
Some mailers prefer this to the indicia; the choice is yours. . However, postal regulations require
that a return address be shown, which costs an additional 2¢
ink-jet fee to print your return address - unless you choose a double-window outer envelope
at no extra charge.
Postage Upgrade
If you need immediate action from your mailer - within 3
days of the mailing date - we recommend upgrading to First
Class Postage. Your additional charge is 10¢ per
letter, and the minimum mail quantity is 500 units.
