Custom Letter Copy or Creative
Custom copy or graphics require a day or two to prepare.  Please be as specific as possible in your requests to help us meet your needs quickly. 

Letter Production & Mailing
If you need mailing within a day or two of your inquiry, please tell us upfront.  We will recommend using one of our tested & proven 'boilerplate' letters and a simple outer envelope.  We can always expedite your mailings if you let us know in advance.  Also, if you need leads right away, we recommend upgrading to First Class Postage for an additional
15¢ per unit.

Important information About Standard Class Mailings.  

It is important that we point out the difference between Standard Class (bulk) mailings and First Class mailings. 

All mailings ordered under the InsuranceDM $0.44 per unit (black & white) or $0.50 per-unit (color) offer are mailed at the Standard Class rate, formerly known as Bulk Rate. This means that they are NOT processed the same as First Class mail, and delivery delays may occur. 

InsuranceDM receives excellent processing service from the Nashville Sectional Center Facility (SCF) and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).  Often, our Standard Class mail is delivered within 2 to 3 business days of mailing, throughout the Midwest and even on mailings to East and West coast regions.

However, this is a best-case scenario; we cannot guarantee any specific delivery time, because we have no control over the U.S. Postal Service, their employees, or their individual post offices.  

The maximum delivery time that may occur on a Standard Class mailing, according to USPS standards, is 2 to 3 weeks. We do not typically experience this type of delay, but ALL Standard Class mailings are subject to delays based on the mail volume and staffing at each individual BMC (Bulk Mail Center) and local post office.  USPS regulations require that all First Class Mail be processed before Standard Class mail. 

If the post office in your area has a heavy volume of First Class Mail on any given day, they may choose to delay processing Standard Class Mail for one or more days.  This is their normal business practice, and it is not under our control or anybody's control outside of the USPS and your local Postmaster.  It is also why Standard Class mail costs far less than $0.44 per unit single-letter First Class rate, and why we at InsuranceDM are able to offer you a complete mailing kit for $0.44 including production AND postage.  

InsuranceDM offers First Class Postage on all of our mailings, at an upcharge of $0.15 per unit.  We will be glad to mail any and all of your mailings at the First Class rate, if a 2 to 3 day delivery time is required.  However, if you choose to mail at our normal, included Standard Class rate, we will not be liable if the U.S. Postal Service delivers your mail in the latter part of their acceptable delivery range of 2 to 3 weeks from the time we enter your mail into the postal stream.
